70% of Dropbox employees report higher productivity while working remotely.

Dropbox embraced a remote-first work model back in October 2020, a move prompted by the onset of COVID-19 in the US. While many tech competitors have called employees back to physical offices, Dropbox remains committed to remote work. A significant majority (76%) also highlighted having uninterrupted work time, while 70% adopted modified work schedules. Face-to-face collaboration occurs only when necessary.
